I believe children are encouraged through ballet to achieve to
the best of their ability.
Many with minor disabilities have
improved their self confidence through the discipline of ballet
and these children are equally as important to the school as
those more talented.

Introduction to Dance – age 3 to 5

Examinations are optional but encouraged, these are held at
the end of each year.
A performance is staged bi-annually.
In the alternative years we hold a simple class concert.
Children from 3 to 5 years are introduced to dance with basic
movement, and a strong emphasis on musicality and use of imagination. From 5
years they begin more ballet steps, and gradually progress
through the grades. The students can choose whether they wish to
take exam classes. Vocational classes are available for students
11 years onward.
